Chobe Chilwero is situated in Northern Botswana on the banks of the Chobe River. Walking through Chobe Chilwero is a journey into Africa’s many exuberant cultures. Iron gates with silhouetting Agama lizards, a traditional symbol, lead the guest through the entrance hall and into a descending corridor, terminating in the library and the lounge. The natural terracotta colours are resonant of the Kalahari . The 15 guest bedrooms are designed to fit into the surrounding topography. Each unit has a fenced courtyard with a veranda leading to hammocks and outdoor showers. The baths are sunken tubs with windows that view into private gardens.
